The Bayou Classic Crawfish Serving Tray is perfect for crawfish and crab boils, cookouts, entertaining, tailgating, picnics and camping.  Down in Louisiana, you can find a plastic version of these trays everywhere.  However, they seem to break quite easily.  The Bayou Classic Crawfish Service Tray solves this issue! Â
How do we use these trays? Â We use a scooping dish to scoop crawfish in them (aka into the crawfish platter). Â They make it easier for you to eat the crawfish, because your plate has plenty of room. Â Use one side to store your crawfish shells. Â The platters can also hold about 7 pounds of crawfish at a time!
