Fish Fryers Bayou Classic 10 Quart Aluminum Deep Fryer Pot (No Lid)

This particular aluminum fish frying pot is handcrafted by the artisans of Lourdes in El Salvador.  The making of the Bayou Classic Aluminum Fish Frying Pot begins as a flat disk of 99% pure aluminum spinning on lathes.  It is hand turned and formed into shape, then trimmed and polished unlike what is found in modern, mass produced fry pots.  This makes the Bayou Classic Aluminum Fish Frying Pot a high quality, heirloom quality fish fry pot. 

Pot includes the pictured deep fryer basket and does not include the deep fryer lid. Great deep fryer for frying chicken or fish. You can fry 6 – 8 fish fillets at once, depending on the size of the fish. It may be used on the stovetop or on an outdoor propane burner.
