The 16 Gallon Bayou Classic Tri-Ply Stock Pot is a 64 quart stainless steel stock pot with tri-ply bottom.  What guys like about the 16 Gallon Bayou Classic Tri-Ply Stock Pot is the stock pot has all the functionality of a stainless steel stock pot with the heat distribution of an aluminum stock pot.  The 16 Gallon Bayou Classic Tri-Ply Stock Pot also has a lower side indentation for supporting steam trays for steaming and false bottoms for brewing (sold separately).
