The Bayou Classic 10″ Cast Iron Skillet is the smaller version of all the Bayou Classic cast iron skillets.  This cast iron skillet is perfect for cooking a couple of eggs or a box of Jiffy cornbread.  It’s also great for cooking that single big chocolate chip cookie.  (Yeah, the girls love this one.)  The Bayou Classic 10″ Cast Iron Skillet measures 10″ diameter and 2″ high.  It has pour spouts on the side and an eye in the handle.
